Who are we? Well, we are a privately owned family business and are definitly in the category of * large enough to cope but small enough to care * and we mean it! We want your whole experience with us to be enjoyable from beginning to end.

Altonian coaches have been trading for over a 100 years in the Alton area. The company has recently changed hands and we hope to bring brand new and fresh idea's to the company whilst still keeping many things the same. The shop is in the market square with Ian and Justine taking your bookings for holidays and day trips and dealing with any enquiries you may have as they have done for a number of years.

Who actually owns us?
Derek is the proud owner of Altonian Coach Holidays and you will often find him in the shop. He brought with him a wealth of experience having owned Wheelers Travel in Southampton for a number of years. Already running a very successful business in the private hire market we felt the holiday market was a natural progression. And if you know Derek you will know that he likes to play as hard as he works so holidays and day trips from here on will no doubt be fun.

Where are we going?
One of the great assets ( apart from lots of great people ) we bring to Altonian coaches is a great fleet of vehicles. In fact Derek was very excited recently to have a brand new all singing and dancing vehicle and I just know he loves to show it off. Photo's to follow. We have loads of idea's but its going to take a little while to get things in place. Things already run well so it can only get even better. We hope to bring lots of new holidays and days out including theatre trips and events.
